Bead Blasting
Post-Machining
For some of our customers, bead blasting is either the final finish or an important preparation stage before anodising. It creates a clean, uniform matte surface and is an excellent way of removing or softening visible tooling marks from the machining process.
We use a variety of glass bead media ranging from 50–250 micron, allowing us to tailor the finish depending on the part and its requirements.
The result is a consistent, refined aesthetic that can give machined components an almost CAD-render-like finish before they leave us or head off for anodising.
