Our vibratory parts tumbler gives us another option for post-processing smaller aluminium components where bead blasting isn’t suitable or the desired finish calls for something different.

Using a selection of resin and walnut media, we can deburr, soften machining marks and refine the overall surface aesthetic. By varying the media and tumbling duration, we can achieve a range of finishes from lightly softened machined surfaces through to a more consistent, uniform finish.

It’s a simple but incredibly useful finishing process for improving both the feel and appearance of smaller machined parts.
